In a recent interview with Rachel Rippetoe of Law360, Larry Rice and Nick Rice discuss how social media posts can either benefit or hurt a party in a divorce or custody court feud. Larry notes that social media does not always have to be used to highlight the negative, but rather it can serve as a character witness for his client. Though, Nick adds that he encourages his clients to avoid social media and deactivate their accounts during their trial to make it challenging for the opposing side to get ahold of potentially damaging information.
