Andrea received her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies, General Practice concentration, from Southwest Tennessee Community College (STCC) in 2008, earning the Outstanding Student in Paralegal Studies award for graduating first in her class.

Andrea earned the distinction of Certified Paralegal in September 2010 from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). She was in NALA’s LEAP Program for the 2011-2012 year. Andrea earned her Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) credential from NALA in Family Law – Dissolution Case Management, received in 2015. Mrs. Schultz was appointed Chair of the Professional Development Committee for NALA in 2016.

Mrs. Schultz has been profiled in NFPA’s semi-monthly periodical National Paralegal Reporter as well as in “The Professional Paralegal”. Andrea also appeared in the January 18, 2011 edition of Practical Paralegalism and in the July 14, 2011 edition of The Paralegal Mentor.

Andrea has presented the following CLEs: Utilizing Paralegals, in February 2009; How Paralegals Really Make the System Work, in March 2010; The Empowered Paralegal, Saving Lawyers From Themselves on a Daily Basis, in June 2010 and March 2012; and Checklist Therapy Webinar, in October 2011.
