Life Insurance

The cash value in life insurance is property. If you are receiving alimony or child support, you will want life insurance on the payor to insure the payment, should the payor die.

Reviews from People Who Have Been There

  • Nick really does care about the best interest of his clients.

“I have used Nick on multiple Family Law situations. He helped me during my divorce and child custody years ago and I could not ask for better. He knows the law and is excellent in the courtroom. Nick really does care about the best interest of his clients. I hired Nick a second time this year dealing with a child relocation case. Again he is a professional with family law. He will fight to the very end and not let anything slip through the cracks. He was able to get me everything I wanted and more. If you are in the unfortunate position to need a family lawyer do yourself a favor hire this man, there is no one else I would trust to handle child custody, relocation and divorce! Period!”

  • I hope I never need a attorney, but if I do, I will only call Larry Rice.

“He understood my difficult situation and was concerned about me as a person and not a pay check, and gave me wonderful advice.”

““I retained Ms. Pfenson last year to fight a motion to modify custody. She is very personable, responsive, and easy to talk to. Seems unusual to find that combination of skills and qualities but Ms. Pfenson has them. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with a family law matter. I feel very confident having her on my side. She plays to win. Highly recommend her.”
