Jessica Ferrante, of Rossville, Tennessee, is the Senior Associate Attorney at Rice Caperton Rice, PLLC. Mrs. Ferrante earned her Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in May 2012, where she was ranked at the top of her class. Prior to law school, Mrs. Ferrante graduated from Collierville High School in 2005 and from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she graduated with Honors in 2009.

She was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in November 2012 and is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Memphis Bar Association, and Association of Women Attorneys. Mrs. Ferrante was later admitted to the Mississippi Bar in February 2019 and is now a member of the Mississippi Bar Association. In addition to practicing law in both Tennessee and Mississippi, Mrs. Ferrante is also listed as a Rule 31 Mediator.

Mrs. Ferrante has been named one of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Memphis’ Finest Young Professionals. She was also named one of Memphis Magazine’s Women to Watch in 2018. In 2019, 2020, and 2021, she was named one of the 10 Best Attorneys in Tennessee by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys and has also received the Top 10 Under 40 Attorney Award for Tennessee from the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys for 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2021, Super Lawyers named Mrs. Ferrante a Super Lawyer Rising Star, and Avvo rates Mrs. Ferrante as a 10.0 out of 10.00 and awarded her their Client’s Choice Award.

Finally, Mrs. Ferrante was appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to be a Hearing Committee Member for the Board of Professional Responsibility, Division IX. Mrs. Ferrante has served in this capacity since 2016.
